“Is something holding you back?
I’m here and ready to help.”
Do you feel like there’s someone you’re supposed to be but aren’t?
You are not alone. We all want to be "better".
We all want more self-confidence.
We all want to turn our critical voices into kinder ones.
We all want to strengthen our relationships in our personal and professional lives.
But doing that alone isn't easy. Thankfully, you're not.
I'm here to help you overcome the things that are limiting you.
If you need a partner in becoming your best self, let’s get started.
Who You Are
You might be someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. Maybe you’re dealing with conflicts in your relationships, or navigating the many challenges involved in living life with an LGBTQIA+ identity
You want to break free from self-doubt, set achievable goals, and practice self-kindness, but the path forward feels uncertain. You’re curious, interested in change, and ready to take the first steps but unsure of how to proceed.
Who I Am
I’m Nicholas DeCourcey and I’m here to help. I got my Masters in Clinical Social Work in order to teach people to become their best selves. Over the last four years I’ve been working all over Massachusetts to instill clients with the information they need to achieve their goals.
Together, we’ll explore what’s stopping you from being the "you" you want to be, and we’ll create a plan to overcome those barriers. I specialize in helping people like you discover their true selves and move towards a life that aligns with their deepest values and desires.
Success Story
"My partner and I have very much enjoyed our sessions with Nicholas! He is very attentive and makes sure that we each have space to express our feelings. His nonjudgmental attitude makes talking about sometimes difficult things easier as we both feel very supported. We've only had a couple of sessions so far, but are very excited to continue this journey of couples therapy with Nicholas!"
Thanks to the client that sent me this!
